These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pak629 ("pak629", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pak629 online gaming platform available at https://pak629.net and all associated services, mobile applications, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

2.3 Capacity

You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order, legal restriction, or other impediment that would prevent you from lawfully entering into these Terms.

2.4 Responsible Gaming Status

You confirm that you are not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion programme with pak629 or any other gaming operator, and that you are not registering in breach of any self-exclusion undertaking you have previously given.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered account on the pak629 Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. pak629 is entitled to rely on the information you provide and bears no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity that occurs under your pak629 account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. You must notify pak629 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pak629 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak629 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion with reasonable prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Thresholds

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your pak629 account wallet section. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Transactions below the stated minimum will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within one (1) hour. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for additional security review.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pak629 reserves the right to return deposited funds to the source payment method and suspend the account if a third-party funding arrangement is detected.

4.5 Transaction Fees

pak629 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. pak629 bears no responsibility for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. General eligibility requires that your account is fully verified, in good standing, and that you have not previously abused or attempted to abuse any pak629 bonus offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses issued by pak629 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Games may contribute differently towards wagering completion — for example, some slot titles may contribute 100% while certain table games may contribute a lower percentage.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pak629 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. 5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

pak629 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited and accepted prior to modification will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.

6.1 Random Number Generators

6.4 Bet Acceptance

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak629 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the pak629 Platform to launder, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. pak629 operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls and is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including poker, live casino, or sportsbook products.
• Use of automated systems: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.

8.1 Player Controls

pak629's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pak629 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak629 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.1 Termination by pak629

pak629 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, if pak629 reasonably determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have provided false or misleading information; (c) your account activity poses a fraud, money laundering, or legal risk to pak629; or (d) pak629 is required to do so by any court order, regulatory authority, or applicable law.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, pak629 may forfeit any remaining account balance, including deposited funds, where permitted by applicable law and where the forfeiture is connected to a breach by you. Where termination is not for cause, pak629 will return the verified account balance of deposited funds following the standard withdrawal process.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your pak629 account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.
